You will find a huge luxuriously furnished space with modern mirrors, chandeliers, beds, curtains …

The 110-square-meter apartment The Residence – Penthouse is a modern luxury oasis, suitable for younger and older generations alike. It is a place for people with taste!

Peaceful surroundings, large windows with lots of sunlight and a magnificent view of the Ljubljana Castle, adorable narrow streets, trees, lavish buildings … these are some of the things that will relax and inspire you. The size of the apartment will make your stay even more special, as The Residence – Penthouse can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The main space features a huge living room with a giant adorable glass table, cosy couches and modern TV. The cherry on top is the balcony with countless plants that will make you feel you are sitting in the middle of a botanical garden. You will also find lots of house plants in the main space and the flowers on our windows catch the eye of almost every passerby. Especially during summer, you can hear birds singing from the balcony, all the while a warm summer breeze caresses your skin. 

The first bedroom with a private bathroom, closet and view of the balcony is located in the main space. Only a few steps up the stairs, above the main space, you will find another bedroom offering an unhindered view of the entire apartment.

• You can store your belongings in two spacious closets and you will also find everything you need to prepare simple meals – the apartment offers a large kitchen with kitchen utensils, a kitchen stove, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and refrigerator. You can enjoy your tasty meal in the living room, in the arms of the comfortable couch, or sit at the breathtaking glass table.
• Artworks by various world-renowned artists will be your source of inspiration.
• In case you want to enjoy some multimedia, you can use the TV, and if you want to post some photos from your spectacular trip you can do so using our free Wi-Fi.
• The air conditioner will make sure the summer heat doesn’t get to you.
• In case someone unexpectedly joins you on your trip, they are more than welcome, as there are also comfortable convertible sofas in the main space, where up to two people can be accommodated.
• Our ex-concierge and a current honorary member of the world-renowned association Les Clefs d’Or is there to help you with your wishes, concerns or ideas.
