From Ljubljana to Tehran, all of our residences were designed by the famous designer Ali Bakhtiar, known for his elaborate creations and sophisticated arrangements. Described as being the man who “brings dream worlds to life”, Ali Bakhtiar’s designs are the pinnacle of luxury, combining state of the art technology with attention to detail and high-end materials.

Our logo and how it captures our mission When designing our brand’s logo, we wanted it to encapsulate what AB Residences is all about - quality of service and luxury uncompromising no matter what. The focal point of the logo is our brand’s name, AB Residences, right in the middle where everything begins.

From the middle, outward protrusions are meant to represent the Sun’s rays - golden and magnificent, indicative of the highest level of luxury present at AB Residences. The rays are arranged in an upward half-circle shape, representing the Sun rising over the horizon, with its first rays brightening up the dark of the night - just like the rise of our brand is meant to bring the light of luxury and comfort to travellers from far and wide.

The rays begin at the AB letters, just like we want our residences to be the beginning of eventful and bright days during your stay. Whether you’re visiting us on a business trip or for leisure, we want you to wake up each day with a smile on your face, welcomed by sophisticated surroundings and overwhelming hospitality.
